Constant Heat Sealer (Tabletop)
This device is designed for the thermal sealing of polymer materials for packaging products, as well as for other tasks requiring the sealing of polymer materials.
Permissible materials: Multilayer polymer materials, including those with a paper outer layer. Material thickness: 10–120 µm.
Attention! The equipment is not designed for sealing polyethylene films, except for polyethylene films laminated with BOPP or PET films.
Country of manufacture: Ukraine.
Operating Conditions
The equipment is intended for use in enclosed, heated rooms with an ambient temperature of +10°C to +40°C and a relative humidity of up to 65% (at +25°C).
-
Protect the equipment from precipitation, impacts, and vibrations.
-
Do not allow any liquids or household insects to enter the internal components of the device.
-
The equipment complies with general safety requirements according to GOST 12.2.003-91.

Operating Instructions
The equipment does not require stationary mounting and is ready for use after completing the following steps:
-
Place the unit on a clean, solid, level surface. For convenience, it is recommended to use a special stand or a table.
-
Connect the equipment to a power supply line equipped with a grounding circuit. Ensure the "Power" switch is in the "Off" position before plugging it in.
-
Turn on the equipment and check its operation.
-
Set the "Power" switch to the "On" position.
-
Set the temperature of the heating element using the "Temperature" regulator. As a starting point, it is recommended to set it to 100°C.
-
Wait for the heating element to warm up (up to 15 minutes), then place the package to be sealed onto it.
-
Lower the pressure bar until there is full contact (clamping) between the jaw and the heating element. Attention! Avoid excessive force or sudden impacts when lowering the bar.
-
Lift the pressure bar 1–2 seconds after contact with the film and remove the package.
-
Assess the strength of the seam. If the film tears at the seam or is not evenly sealed, increase the temperature. If the seam melts or the film burns upon contact, decrease the temperature. Optimal settings for different films should be determined experimentally.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
| Heating element not heating | Temperature not set | Check the "Temperature" regulator (must be between 110–150°C). |
| Broken heater wiring | Check wire integrity with a tester. Approximately 24 V AC should reach the heater. | |
| Insufficient temperature setting | Increase the value on the "Temperature" regulator. |
