SHIPPING WITHIN UKRAINE

  1. Self-Pickup from Our Warehouse Office and warehouse hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  2. Courier & Delivery Services We partner with the following carriers: Nova Poshta, Delivery, and Ukrposhta. You can find delivery times and rates on their respective websites.

    Please Note: If a package is not collected within 5 days of arrival at the selected Nova Poshta branch, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping is only possible after full compensation for the return shipping costs, plus the cost of the new delivery.

  3. Taxi Delivery (Kyiv Only) — Within 2 Hours For urgent orders within Kyiv, we can arrange delivery via taxi within 2 hours.

    The cost is determined by the taxi service's current rates.
