Courier & Delivery Services We partner with the following carriers: Nova Poshta, Delivery, and Ukrposhta. You can find delivery times and rates on their respective websites.

Please Note: If a package is not collected within 5 days of arrival at the selected Nova Poshta branch, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping is only possible after full compensation for the return shipping costs, plus the cost of the new delivery.
Taxi Delivery (Kyiv Only) — Within 2 Hours For urgent orders within Kyiv, we can arrange delivery via taxi within 2 hours.

The cost is determined by the taxi service's current rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via Nova.Global and Ukrposhta (EMS).

Delivery times and rates are available on the carriers' websites.

Before shipping, our manager will consult with you to select the most efficient shipping method and confirm the total delivery cost.

1. Right to Cancel: The Customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before delivery. After delivery, returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights."

2. Returns of Non-Defective Goods: Returns of goods of proper quality are permitted only if the product’s appearance, consumer properties, and original packaging are preserved, and a document confirming the proof of purchase and order terms is provided.

3. Custom and Personalized Goods: The Customer may not return non-defective goods that possess individually-defined characteristics specifically tailored to the Customer's requirements (including non-standard sizes, custom designs, etc.). Any deviation from the standard sizes or characteristics listed in the online store constitutes proof of the product's individually-defined nature.

4. Return Address: Returns, as provided by law and this Agreement, must be sent to the address specified in the "Shipping & Payment" section of the website.

5. Refunds for Non-Defective Goods: Upon the return of non-defective goods, the Seller shall refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs incurred by the Seller for the return delivery.

6. Refund Processing Time: The refund mentioned in Clause 5 will be issued within 7 business days after the store receives the returned goods.
