PAYMENT

1. Bank transfer using company details: FOP (Sole Proprietor, 2nd group without VAT). UAH

2. Bank transfer using company details: LLC (with VAT). UAH

3. Bank transfer using company details: SWIFT transfer. EUR / PLN. The payment details will be sent to you via Viber / Telegram / SMS after our manager verifies your order and clarifies any necessary details. Please note that an additional bank fee may be charged to the buyer upon payment, the amount of which depends on the sender's bank.

4. WayForPay – online payment by Visa / Mastercard. An additional fee of 2% of the payment amount is charged to the buyer.

For all orders shipped outside of Ukraine, the buyer must pay the delivery costs separately to the seller. The delivery cost depends on the weight and volume of the products, as well as the chosen delivery method.

DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE

1. Self-pickup from our warehouse. Office and warehouse working hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

2. Courier services We work with the following courier companies: Nova Poshta, Delivery, Ukrposhta. You can check delivery times and rates on their respective websites. Please note: If you do not collect your parcel within 5 days of its arrival at your chosen Nova Poshta branch, it will be automatically returned to the supplier's warehouse. Re-shipment is only possible on the condition that the buyer fully compensates the supplier for the round-trip shipping costs and pays for the second delivery.

3. Taxi in Kyiv – delivery within 2 hours For urgent deliveries within Kyiv, we can send your package by taxi within 2 hours. The cost of taxi delivery depends on the taxi service rates.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UKRAINE

We work with the following courier companies: Nova.Global, Ukrposhta (EMS). You can check delivery times and rates on their respective websites. Before shipment, our manager will confirm the optimal shipping method with you and provide the delivery cost, which will be added to the total order value.

1. Right to Cancel: The Customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before delivery. After delivery, returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights."

2. Returns of Non-Defective Goods: Returns of goods of proper quality are permitted only if the product’s appearance, consumer properties, and original packaging are preserved, and a document confirming the proof of purchase and order terms is provided.

3. Custom and Personalized Goods: The Customer may not return non-defective goods that possess individually-defined characteristics specifically tailored to the Customer's requirements (including non-standard sizes, custom designs, etc.). Any deviation from the standard sizes or characteristics listed in the online store constitutes proof of the product's individually-defined nature.

4. Return Address: Returns, as provided by law and this Agreement, must be sent to the address specified in the "Shipping & Payment" section of the website.

5. Refunds for Non-Defective Goods: Upon the return of non-defective goods, the Seller shall refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs incurred by the Seller for the return delivery.

6. Refund Processing Time: The refund mentioned in Clause 5 will be issued within 7 business days after the store receives the returned goods.
